Ranking Rolling Stones studio albums

Readers acquainted with my idiosyncrasies will see few surprises. I like Between the Buttons and Dirty Work quite a bit more than the average Stones fan, insofar as one exists, and It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll rather less.  To think this band recorded three albums better than Exile on Main St.!
